
Hailey Patty
Assistant Principal / Director of Special Education
Hailey Patty holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She earned multiple graduate degrees from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, including a Master of Science in Educational Psychology, an Educational Specialist Degree in School Psychology, and most recently, a Master of Science in Administrative Leadership, completed in August 2023.
In 2017, her career began in the Kenosha Unified School District (KUSD), where she served as a school psychologist supporting students from 4K through 12th grade. She also served as Dean of Students for KUSD’s Virtual Elementary Program, where she worked closely with administrators, educators, families, and community partners to support the academic and social-emotional needs of K–5 virtual learners.
Since the opening of KTEC High School in September 2022, Hailey Patty has primarily served in her role as the Assistant Principal. In this capacity, she played a key role in establishing the school’s foundational culture, supporting instructional leadership, and developing a safe and inclusive learning environment. She worked closely with staff, students, and families to implement school-wide initiatives to ensure the academic and behavioral success of students.
Hailey is now transitioning into the role of Director of Special Education and Student Services, where she will continue to support students 4K-12, especially those with diverse needs. She remains committed to fostering equitable educational opportunities and advocating for the success and well-being of all students. As Director, she will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of special education programs and student support services. Her work will focus on ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, promoting inclusive practices, and building collaborative partnerships with educators, families, and community stakeholders.
