Dr. Angela Andersson, founder of KTEC, reflected on the event’s significance for students and the local community. “Our Signing Day symbolizes the future we’re building together as we prepare to move to our new 56,000-square-foot facility, which will serve as KTEC’s permanent home at 1901 63rd Street. Doors are set to open for students by fall 2026. Through our partnerships with institutions like Gateway Technical College and employers like Snap-on, our students gain the foundational knowledge and industry awareness they need to thrive in high-demand career fields in Kenosha County and beyond.”
The Signing Day ceremony will also provide the public with an opportunity to tour the KTEC Schools of Innovation campus and learn more about its career pathways, including automation, manufacturing, transportation, construction trades, and health sciences.
