Margaret Troch

Margaret Troch discovered her passion for teaching while tutoring students at the Shalom Center during her bachelor’s degree program. Working with learners across many different levels showed her what education can look like when it meets students where they are, and she has been building on that experience ever since. She holds an MBA in Business from Cardinal Stritch and brings experience as a Substitute Teacher Coordinator at St. Joseph Catholic Academy to her role at KTEC Schools of Innovation.

Community has always been central to what she does. Margaret volunteers as a coach with KASL and the Boys and Girls Club, and she believes that making an impact means showing up both inside and outside the classroom. That commitment is something she looks forward to bringing to the KTEC community.
