Jennifer Stanis

Jennifer Stanis brings a clinical background to her role as a school social worker at KTEC Schools of Innovation. She holds an MSW in Clinical and School Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and comes to KTEC from AMRI Counseling in Kenosha, where she worked as a mental health therapist. That experience sharpened her ability to connect with people across a wide range of circumstances and to build the kind of trust that makes real progress possible.

For Jennifer, this work has always been about helping people navigate the most difficult parts of their lives. She leads with empathy and patience and is most energized when working as part of a team, sharing insights and developing strategies that help individuals move through their challenges. At KTEC, her focus is on building a foundation of trust with every student and family so that children feel seen, supported, and safe enough to ask for help when they need it.
