What happens next?
Keep an eye on your email for updates about your student’s position on the waitlist and any changes in status. If a spot becomes available, we’ll reach out right away with instructions to complete enrollment, including:

• Enrollment Form to be completed and returned
• Details on providing proof of residency in Wisconsin
• Instructions for submitting your child’s immunization record
